A government cannot fulfill its promises of transparency, justice, and liberty without protecting the whistleblowers who defend them. Ultimately, providing immunity and amnesty is only as effective as the systems enforcing them. If there’s any trust left to salvage, America expects systemic change.
I think the disinformation points us in the correct direction. If there is no “there there,” why leak Grusch’s PHI? If I were to leak PHI, I would be prosecuted, but the government is actively working to discredit whistleblowers. If they feel the need to discredit someone, it means they don’t want that person to be talking, which tells me that person is being honest.
That is to say, thank you for your service, and I’m sorry our government has treated you all this way.

I think waiving the NDAs is a good first step. But if whistleblowers are only allowed to report through channels they don't trust, many may still stay silent. Real disclosure needs independent oversight, proper protections, and a clear path for information to reach Congress and, where appropriate, the public.
Bravo Matt! Essential reading for anyone being misled by the news this week.To your points: (1) Do we even know who is on the PURSUE task force? It could just be an offshoot of AARO or ODNI or both? (2) ANY member of Congress with the proper clearance (granted, that gets murky) should be allowed to receive information from a whistleblower without NDAs being brought into the equation ; (3) The fact that the nonsense perpetrated against you, Dylan, Grusch, etc, is being condoned as OK because it was done by American intelligence officials only confirms the need for a new Church Committee or some other “vanguard” of truth to intervene; (4) The public is already turning against the topic because of PURSUE’s efforts. Normies, clearly interested in the topic, are turning against it because of the same frustrations we feel with low quality images, heavily redacted documents, easily debunked info, etc. I’ll stop now. It depends on what disclosure is, but if we're really ready for it then let's burrow ahead. But I would say that this is about as fast as you want to go and I wouldn't mind if it went a little slower." I don't think that people realize how little time we have. Climate change is now all around us and it is soon going to be causing profound social disruption in many ways across the whole planet. We need to understand NHI's motives as they relate to us and our planet before an outbreak of chaos that leaves us to disorganized and preoccupied to address this issue. We do not know why they are here. We need to understand this very clearly and soon.

Everything I learned before coming forward, and everything I have learned since, argues strongly for urgency. As you point out, the scale and convergence of the challenges facing humanity are such that, even if the decisive inflection points remain years away, the disclosures, preparations, and adaptations they require should have begun yesterday.
I also agree that we need to understand the nature and intentions of NHI while we still possess the stability and capacity to respond to those intentions. Every human life matters, and whether our challenges are environmental or "other", we would be wise to choose cooperation over competition.
It is my humble contention that "they" (the controllers) have no standing to have decided to keep the secrets in the first place, much less to decide when we are "ready" for them to contritely repent and come clean.
If I may be so bold, as both an experiencer and a person who wants disclosure, it seems to me that the next task at hand after disclosure is identifying exactly what Whitley is talking about. Intention. Acknowledgement that these objects are real, followed by the next step: who made them and why.
Trying to do it all at once might be like putting the cart before the horse.

Scientists discover things and tell everyone. Could you imagine discovering a new species of fish or a hyper intelligent ape we didn't know about and whole swathes of clandestine operations built up around it to prevent anyone from knowing about them?
God's already come out as a firmly male patriarch, and spilled all the magic beans needed to find his beanstalk. What more do you want, an escalator to the highest heaven or a chute to the lowest hell?
